Quick and efficient delivery. I just assumed my name would be on the delivery note so they had no idea who had sent them. However they contacted Eflorist who were quick to let me know which solved the problem.
My friend was extremely impressed with the flowers and said she would use them in the future as some she had used were very poor.
It was all a happy and easy experience.
