Although the flowers were fine I found the delivery service to be somewhat lacking. EFlorist please take note! Your delivery was made to an elderly disabled lady at 9.30 in the evening, according to the POD I received. The package was left on the doorstep in the dark, without even knocking on the door. The lady did not find the package until the following day when a neighbour spotted them and knocked on the door to alert her - clearly this is unacceptable! Please make sure that your delivery drivers at least knock on the door in future!
