The courier used to deliver the goods, left the flowers outside in the pouring rain and said they left a card, no card was left, so no one knew they had been delivered. The rain was so torrential is soaked through to the flowers and chocolates. I would not use the company again. The courier should have left a card in the very least, and considered leaving the flowers with a neighbour. I would not not use the company again.
