Ordered some letterbox flowers for Mum's birthday. Delivery was arranged for Friday 4th November via Amazon. Received an email from Amazon Shipping on the 4th stating it was running late and would be delivered on Saturday 5th. Then the delivery was made on the 4th at 6.20pm. However, the box was not posted through the letterbox and was discovered at 8.30pm on my Mum's return from an evening out. The box was damaged and torn. Luckily the flowers survived but reluctant to use eFlorist again.
