Birthday flowers were not delivered on the chosen day, but a day later in the late evening. Bouquet was nice and the recipient was happy to get it, but it was not on the day it was meant to be delivered.
No info from eFlorist or delivery company though, I had to chase them myself to get the generic feedback of "oh, we have 95% success rate with delivery on the chosen date but we sometimes are late, teehee, don't worry, flowers are going to be fine".
So the flowers were lovely and matching the photo, but the customer service and delivery flopped.
