I have been in hospital and arranged for two lots of flowers to be delivered. One went to Scotland and my friend sent me a picture and they were what I had paid for. The second lot of flowers were sent to my sister for her birthday to Liverpool they arrived on time but were all dead except for 3 roses. Very disappointed would like my money back for at least the bunch that were dead!!! See pictures
