Great website and service up to point of delivery. I have used them often. So disappointed, flowers dying and rotting in the flower head a day after my wife received them. Almost impossible to get a response from the company in relation to the 7 day guarantee....don't buy from them until spring, summer when flowers are obviously less problematic for them. Very disappointing customer services post delivery. Very quick to send the email asking for a review but no reply to contact email asking for discussion regarding dying flowers.
