Customer service prior to the delivery was great! My query and mistake on the wording was dealt with efficiently and quickly and I had great communication with Kirsty from Customer Service. The flowers arrived on time and my daughter-in-law was very pleased with the flowers, chocolates and card. Thank you. I will definitely order again from you when I have another occasion.
