There was some confusion at the delivery; when she rang the bell there was no answer. Instead of turning round and leaving, the person making the delivery rang me up in The Netherlands and came up with solutions. My daughter was moving into a new apartment after a difficult break up so the flowers were really a way for me to support her on that day from abroad. It was important for her and me that this was made possible so I’m really thankful the delivery person didn’t just turn round and leave when, as it turned out, the intercom in my daughter’s apartment wasn’t working properly The flowers were lovely and perfectly fresh too. So thanks! Oh, importantly: this was a same day delivery order.
