The flowers look fresh but when I was unwrapping the petals started falling in several flowers.
By mistake I have put the wrong house number as receiver and noticed it on the day of delivery. Tried to contact the customer care for hours but was not possible. Then tried the live chat which did not work as well. So I had to track the yodel driver and go wait near my neighbours house until he came for delivery.
