This is the second time I use Eflorist to send bouquet to my friend's birthday. Very disappointedly this is the second time the delivery is delayed. Last year it was delayed 2 days, this year is delayed 1 day. If you can't guarantee your delivery day, why do you ask customer to select the delivery date? Especially the date was selected well in advance? The delivery fee should be refunded based on the actual service.
