I was due to have a delivery on 12th December but this did not arrive but another persons order under my tracking number was delivered. I have sent several emails to eflorist and also to the delivery company but no response - it is now 4 days so do not know whether my order was delivered to someone else. Tracking at Yodel shows that it was despatched and is in the depot and that has been the status for 4 days - not good enough and although I have always been satisfied and immensely pleased with eflorist services this experience has left me with the decision that I will never use their services again - if customer service cannot be bothered to assist I cannot be bothered to giv e them business
