Delivered on date asked for, but didn’t realise that it would be so late at night, 19:12. It was a thank you for a lady who went above and beyond to help me - I had given her work address, so it would be a surprise. The offices were closed, just lucky the cleaners were in and took delivery or goodness knows where they would have been left!
I have tried to double check your T&C’s and can’t see anywhere that delivery could be so late, I presumed it would be during normal working hours ie 08:00 to 17:00.
Wouldn’t use again.
