The flowers were delivered at approx five o'clock, by which time the flowers were starting to wilt. No doubt this was due to being in a van all day. This is no ones fault but rather a poor business model where the delivery is subcontracted rather than kept in house , where staff would have more appreciation of handling the flowers.
