I placed an order on 11th January for delivery on 22nd January. Straight away, I received a confirmation email about the order and delivery date. On the morning of the delivery date, I received a text and email from them to say delivery would be 23rd - so a day after requested delivery and missing the special occasion I’d ordered them for. I emailed their customer service (and sent a Facebook message, not replied to) complaining and requesting a refund. This was responded to this morning by email apologising and an offer of refunding me the delivery charges only. This is unacceptable when I placed the order in plenty of time and they’ve missed the occasion it was for (letting both me and my friend down). I’d not recommend and neither would I ever order from them again.
