I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday a week before the required delivery date. I found out three days later that my daughter would be away on her actual birthday. I got in touch with Eflorist chat line giving four days notice to change delivery to a day earlier... I was told 'that's all been done', great I thought. Eflorist delivered the flowers on the original date and I was very disappointed that my daughter didn't receive her flowers until two days after her birthday.
I got in touch with Eflorist who advised DELIVERY DATE IS NOT GUARANTEED AND CAN BE ONE OR TWO DAYS EITHER SIDE. To add insult to injury they told me that they were sorry I hadn't noticed that in the terms and conditions.
I will never use them again.
