I recently ordered a bouquet of flowers for my fiance, expecting a beautiful arrangement. However, the experience turned out to be extremely disappointing and far from what I had anticipated. The size was significantly smaller than anticipated, the quality was subpar, and the overall presentation lacked the finesse I had hoped for. I am very upset with the underwhelming bouquet that he received, despite having paid a significant amount of money for it with additional costs to make it bigger. I would have been better off going to lidl to get a more impressive bouquet. I was embarrassed when he showed me pictures. After my intiial complaint they sent me back the delivery fees. A couple of days later after reviewing the pictures of the bouquet I sent as part of my complaint, they shockingly dismissed my claim. This reflects on their low standards. Unfortunately, this experience has left me dissatisfied and I will never be purchasing from E-florist again. I would never recommend their bouquets to anyone.
