The flowers I ordered were delivered but NOT directly to the person. They were left in the hallway of a block of flats and my friend had no knowledge that they were there. She is handicapped and was in the flat the whole time. It was only when I rang to see if she had got them that her helper went out to find them, My email stated. That they had been delivered.
JI have bought from you before and was extremely satisfied on that occasion.
