Disgrace!!!
Emailed me at 14:00 on the day of delivery on our anniversary saying they couldnt deliver. Why didnt they let me know earlier!! Thanks for ruining my wifes anniversary!! Disgusted!! Amy in customer services was useless, when i told her how dissatisfied i was and that i would write a 1* review, this is the response i received 'Thank you for your email.
Please confirm if a refund would be more suitable at this time?
We are sorry for any disappointment caused on this occasion.'
They deserve more bad reviews if this is how they respond to ruining occasions like this. Disgrace!!
