The flowers were lovely and appreciated when they arrived unfortunately using Amazon as the delivery method was a problem as, according to them, it was UNDELIVERABLE !
Eflorist customer services saved the day by dispatching a replacement and used a different delivery service ensuring the flowers arrived only slightly late
