My friend was very happy with the flowers and chocolates I sent through you for her birthday. I was surprised that a card was included although I was not asked to pay for it so that was lovely. I was also pleased that the flowers could be delivered on her actual birthday as it was a Sunday Although everything was lovely they were not delivered until after 4 pm. I understand that you don't control the couriers and the flowers did get there on the right day but it was rather later than I would have hoped. I was told by the courier of the expected time slot so I was able to warn my friend to be in at that time. Generally a good service and very nice flowers.
