First order sent to a patient in hospital was over 18 hours in transit tracked delivered using yodel parcel delivery van needless to say tracked as delivered to a safe place somewhere in the large hospital but not to either ward or reception so lost.
Complained to eflorist who organised replacement.their website states they use local florist nearest delivery address in this case a Leeds hospital and this one was sent tracked from Milton Keynes 149 miles away and was over 14 hours in transit and delivered using amazon!
It arrived to the correct destination but the large bouquet looks nothing like the website picture( I was sent a photo by my friends daughter as I live far away) and it looks more like something off a cheap garage forecourt 3/4 cheap looking yellow flowers with 2 or3 other coloured wilted flowers and nothing like the "summer hedgerow" large bouquet I ordered
Recipient didn't obviously see website flowers but I am angry and embarrassed with the bouquet delivered as flowers look cheap and they were not cheap and I would never have chosen these myself far less gifted them to anyone especially in what looks like a half dead state
Avoid at all costs !
