I was disappointed that I did not receive any tracking email from the delivery courier as stated when I ordered the flowers. It was purely via an email enquiry to customer services that I was informed the flowers were delivered. Also, the recipient of the flowers put out a message on Facebook to ask who sent the flowers - sadly, the message card was not delivered with the flowers! I hope my other order for Sept will be more successful!!! Very disappointed!
