I ordered a bouquet for my sister in law's birthday as we were on holiday. After I ordered I found out she would be away on the delivery date so I contacted customer service and they changed it very quickly and easily for me. When we returned home, my sister in law said she was thrilled with the flowers and they lasted for over a week.
