With the not-so-cheap handling/shipping charge, I'd expect better.
The flowers did arrive on the designated day, yet the driver didn't knock and just left the box by the door. It was that email notification saying 'package delivered' telling me I had to go check where the box was. And it could've easily been stolen.
Upon unboxing the flowers, they simply looked REALLY sad (see pic).
