I had a good choice of colour schemes and prices. The recipient called to say they were beautiful and would last a good amount of time.
I had specified a delivery date, which due to unforeseen circumstances I needed to change. A quick email to customer support was responded to and dealt with within 15 minutes of my initial email so the flowers were delivered on the new date.
