Missed delivery date, customer service of no help and then stopped responding. Flowers left on doorstep despite no one being at home to receive (because they missed delivery date by 2 days). Once received, a few flower stems were broken. Customer service again of no help, didn’t respond to message. I can’t stress enough how terrible the service was. Please go elsewhere and save your money. The difference in cost of flowers is not worth the stress and agitation buying from eflorist.
