I ordered a special bouquet with chocolates and vase for a very special birthday. I paid the additional $10 option to ensure it was delivered on the day. This didn’t happen! I was very disappointed in the entire experience. The latest way of communicating via the website was long and laborious without the option of speaking to a real person. At one stage I was convinced I was communicating with a computer as the message was not getting through. The new date given did work although the am time was not met. As the occasion had passed It was very disappointing.. I have used this company in the past with no problem the service then was reliable.
