Bouquet was disappointing (had clearly been thrown around in transport) - box was damaged and chocolates were missing. Contacted customer services and still waiting to hear back (it’s been a week). Price was okay. Delivery was at gone 8pm in the dark and left on doorstep (despite the order staying that the 76 year old recipient would benefit from a morning or daytime delivery).
