The flowers arrived in a battered box. One of the flowers had started to die and the gift card had typo errors. I complained to E florist and they apologised. They said they would send another bouquet out but I said they didn’t need to send another bouquet but could they send another card out with the correct message and no typo errors.
A few days later another bouquet turned up with a card and the same typo errors, even though I had emailed with the correct message and told them that they didn’t need to send another bouquet.
The customer service was not great as when I emailed back, each time I got a new person and it was like they wasn’t reading the previous message.
Sadly, I won’t order from them again.
