Having ordered one bouquet I was emailed to said it had been delivered only to receive a message an hour later that delivery was not possible! Heard nothing so had to contact company. Apology email was sent and redelivery organised (a week late!). Unbelievably the same thing happened again. Furiously I demanded a full refund but have now been asked to leave a review...
My advice- DON'T use this company!
