I booked online for the same day delivery and paid. I wasn't notified until after 2pm that day that you were unable to fulfil my order which was then too late to arrange another florist. Since then I have had numerous marketing emails which I didn't sign up for and I have unsubscribed but am still receiving, inc this one, hence my response. I suggest you revisit the GDPR guidelines as you are currently in breach. I appreciated many actions and procedures are automated but sometimes a human touch is needed and appreciated. I hope my feedback is constructive and you are probably great florists with an excellent track record, just please review your processes and take this review as constructive feedback!
