I was very happy with the service after I changed the delivery date and the flowers and chocolates arrived on time. The recipient was very pleased but when she sent me a photo the flowers didn't look quite as vibrant as in the advertising photo and the box of chocolates was very small. However, having said that, I couldn't really expect any more for the money I paid which was very reasonable.
