Firstly, I was told I would get an email from the courier on the morning of the delivery but I didn't. I had paid the extra money for guaranteed delivery but no confirmation. I thought the worst, that the flowers would not get delivered for our wedding anniversary, so bought another bunch. Got back home to find the flowers on my doorstep with no confirmation of delivery. Secondly, when I opened the box, several of the stems where snapped, so those flowers died after a day or two so we had to remove them which made the bouquet look small. I paid £49 for the white rose bouquet and £7 delivery. Very disappointed and will never use Eflorist again. Mark Green.
