I have used EFlorist a number of times with beautiful flowers arriving on time.
A week ago an order was delivered to the wrong location and it was only by checking with my friend that I discovered she had not received her planted roses and chocolates.
I contacted Customer Services via email on their site on Saturday and the very next day my friend received her plant and chocolates on Sunday.
