I put the order in two days before my mum’s birthday. The flowers failed to arrive and I got no notice of such…nothing at all. I had to phone and chase until eventually someone from eflorist told me they would not be delivered because of a‘technical error’. No compensation, no apologetic phone call…shocking!!
