Ordered flowers for my partner's birthday. I got an email confirmation that it's been processed. Got confirmation that it's in transit. But never got the flower. The updates stopped and I added to keep checking the tracking details that kept saying its in transit but no flower was delivered. I had to email(which took days to be replied to) about the situation. When I finally got a reply, a refund was promised but also took days to manifest.
I ended up using another company.
Not a great first impression, doubt I'd ever use it again.
