The website was easy to use and the order process straight forward. The recipient was delighted with the size and quality of the bouquet. I was particularly impressed with the delivery lady. I had noted on the delivery instructions that the recipient had limited mobility so needed time to answer the door. Not only did she do this, she very kindly offered to put them inside for her. Thank you for making somebody’s day extra special!
