I ordered some flowers for someone close that had been rushed to hospital. when they received there was no message and no free chocolates. when I contacted them the customer service was shocking first they offered to get the message to them. then I had to ask about the chocolates and they refunded me £2!! I am shocked that that was what they wanted to do to resolve it. true customer service would have been to apologise and say we will send some more flowers with the message and chocolates. I will never use them again or recommend them. I know mistakes happen and that is ok but the way you rectify it is what counts.
