Unfortunately, after using this service many times, I am having second thoughts about using again. I send a message on a bunch of sympathy flowers to colleagues, but when the order confirmation came through, the message was blank. I asked if the message could be re-added and was told no, as the order had already gone to the florist. Surely the florist could've been contacted, as there was 24 hours left before delivery. Now the recipients have no idea who the flowers came from
