Very disappointed. I ordered flowers online but when I attempted to pay I received a message that the payment was unsuccessful and asked me to try again. Which I did, and payment was then successful.
I then received emails telling me that BOTH payments had gone through - as two separate orders. I immediately contacted customer services who replied that they could not cancel either of the orders as the shippers would have already printed the labels!
Fortunately we were able to pass on the second bouquet to a friend but we found eFlorist's ordering system and customer service to be pathetic. Definitely will not use again.
