Although promptly delivered, the flowers were not accompanied by the personal message typed on website. This left the recipient unaware as to why they had been sent (non birthday).
Quick response from eflorist customer service when queried in their defence, but to date, had no explanation as to why the message was omitted.
Considering the price, I would expect a more professional service.
