Payment taken for next day delivery but 3 days later had still not been sent. Spoke with customer service who couldn't guarantee their partner would deliver a 'replacement' order the next day (which would have been 5 days after the order was originally placed), so the order was cancelled and I was told I'd have to wait a further 3-5 days for a refund. I wouldn't bother using them again as they were so unreliable.
