The bouquet was beautiful, and the chocolates well appreciated. Unfortunately, I had paid extra to have the flowers delivered on a special day. That day meant a lot to us both. But, of course, Murphy’s Law struck, the flowers were delivered three days late; and only after many emails being sent back and forth. The service department was great, any very helpful. But, it would have been nice to have the flowers on time. I’ve sent many flowers through Eflorist, and will continue to do so, as anyone can make a mistake. So, better luck next time. Keep up the good work.
