I ordered a bouquet for 28th October. They had to be returned. I ordered another bouquet for 10th November, they were late delivering .it was a works address and they were going to be delivered on Saturday 11th November. They failed to arrive until we went home so they finally arrived on Monday 13th November. Flowers were dead the vase was a cheap plastic one that I have seen better on a county fair or at the local tip. The chocolate box although was free only had 3 in the box. Very disappointed.
