Large Bouquet smaller than anticipated. Would hate to se a small bunch. Flowers not bud ready but some well into bloom and looking poorly. Lilies small and some stems broken. No email notice of arrival from evri, either for original or replacement (yes I checked the spam folder).
All in all, the only happy event was eflorist agreeing a replacement bunch since they accepted the first bunch was sub standard.
