Placed order on Thursday 7.30am delivery confirmed for Friday did not arrive contacted customer service was told that I was one of the 30% that fail for next day and I should have payed extra delivery but would be hera next working day , birthday on Monday so ok Saturday not delivered communications non existent over the weekend Monday came and went no delivery had to drive to Tesco got a lovely bunch for less than I paid for you, contacted customer service offered to send a replacement and a sorry note I requested a refund and a replacement was told they don't do that so in way of compansation for letting me down was to send what I had paid for or refund me for what I didn't get,and this was my first time using them . support your local florist they value your custom.
