Absolute shocker!! First the order was duplicated and I got charged twice. Then customer support wouldn't change the order, as advertised on their site, when immediately notified. Then they refused to issue a refund for their error. And finally, their courier ignored their own delivery instructions, left in a safe space and cannot provide proof of delivery. I'm left very disappointed and angry by the while experience.
