Sent Roses to my mum for her birthday and she didn't receive them, got in touch with eflorist who immediately sent a replacement bunch which she got the next day. Absolutely faultless customer service and the roses are absolutely beautiful and arrived in perfect condition. Wouldn't use anyone else for flowers 10/10
