I ordered four lots of flowers for my daughters and daughters in-law on the 1st of December to all arrive on the 3rd. Three arrived on the right day but were almost dead and didn't last 24 hours, and one bunch arrived two days later completely dead.
They were very embarrassed having to tell me, and I was very upset hearing it.
Unfortunately I will not be ordering from yourselves again and wasting my money
